PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

“WE CAN ALL WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.”

I have dedicated my life to working hard for my community by providing guidance, support, and legal counsel. As an attorney, I pride myself on having a high ethical standard and being honorable, trustworthy, and reputable, while providing valued service and comfort to clients navigating various legal matters.

My work ethic originates from my parents, Salvatore and Rose Ginella, who strived to instill in me the importance of working hard every day to achieve my goals. They taught me to be responsible and hold myself accountable.

After graduating high school, I attended the University of Akron where I received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice. While earning these degrees, I supported myself by working as a security officer.

From there, I attended Law School at the University of Akron and began working as a Bailiff and as a law clerk at the Canton Municipal Court for Judges, Anthony Flex, John Wise, Mary Falvey, William Hoffman, Richard Reinbold, John Poulos, and Richard Kubilus. Thereafter, I was appointed Law Clerk/Magistrate under Judge Lee Sinclair in the Stark County Common Pleas Court. The 10 years of valuable experience with the Canton and Stark County Judges prepared me to be a better attorney by zealously representing clients with a down to earth approach to problem solving with a high moral standard.

I earned my Juris Doctoral of Law from the University of Akron Law School, and shortly thereafter, started my private practice in Jackson Township. I continue to represent and assist clients to this day in various types of legal matters, including criminal law, business law, real estate law, estate planning, and landlord-tenant law.

My involvement in the community serving on numerous Boards, from Advisory Members, to Finance Committee, to Court-Appointed Advocates, stems from my desire to draw awareness to the community and encourage the residents to be actively engaged, responsibly participate, and to hold themselves accountable to one another and the community. It is my priority to act as an advocate for my community and its residents by helping, informing, and guiding clients, businesses, and organizations with their day to day operations. I know that if we all commit to improving our community and devote our time, “WE CAN ALL WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.”
